Payment Terms

30 days net from invoice date, pending credit approval.

Shipping

All shipping is done either through UPS or FedEx. Please call for exact pricing. It should be noted that we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure that delivery dates are realistic and provide ample time for shipping variances.

Packaging

All items are bulk packed or poly bagged unless otherwise noted.

Special Event

If order is being placed for a date sensitive event, such as a golf tournament, then ordering department must be made aware at the time the order is placed.

Purchase Orders

All orders must be submitted using a signed purchase order and must clearly identify products and pricing using our code numbers. Designated cosignee(s) and shipping method must also be clearly marked. Incorrectly submitted purchase orders will result in delays in processing and corrections MUST be resubmitted before production can begin.

Production Time

Normal production time will vary due to seasonal demand, but generally averages from two to four weeks from approval of artwork. Rush orders will be accepted whenever possible and additional charges may apply. Acceptance of these charges must be made in writing or on the PO. You will be notified at time of ordering if airfreight charges will be needed to make your delivery date. Please specify required in-hand dates on all orders.

Speculative Samples

Speculative samples are available at first column price plus a $12.50 administration fee. Digitizing or artwork charges also apply if necessary.

Random Samples

Are available at end-column price.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from the factory. All claims must be made within ten days of invoice. Custom embroidered goods may not be returned for any reason other than manufacturer's defect.

Disclaimer

All Golf Duck products are unconditionally warranted against manufacturers' defects for a period of ninety days. Notwithstanding, several conditions should be noted to ensure realistic expectations and results. Due to the nature of custom sewing, many items will vary in size by a small amount due to different seam allowances.

Indemnification

Customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold Golf Duck harmless in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork.
